PERSONAL LOGO
This project was a personal branding exercise to create a trademark logo for myself, to be used across my website, LinkedIn, resume, and other professional platforms. The goal was to visually express my identity as a designer through a mark that feels creative, flexible, explorative, introspective, and playful.
MY ROLES
I was responsible for the entire visual identity design, including concept development, logo design, color palette, and typography. I explored various directions through sketching and iteration, refining the final mark to reflect my personal design values and tone.
MY APPROACH
To stay true to my guiding words— flexible, explorative, introspective, and playful—I designed a fluid yet structured logo based on the golden ratio, reflecting my intuitive yet thoughtful design process. The line feels organic but intentional, echoing my approach to design that prioritizes visual harmony and emotional resonance. The shape subtly forms an “M,” referencing the first letter of my last name, and can be used as a standalone mark or paired with my full name in a clean, minimal typeface depending on context. The dot on the end is a personal touch representing my lone face freckle, being a “if you know, you know” touch.
